CDC disection, diameter of CDC was 2.6 cm
with classical intra pancreatic tapering

dissection till the lower tapering

2.6 cm size CDC looped

lower end divided in intrapancreatic
portion and closed

single layer hepatico jejunostomy
after division at the upper end at hilum
