obstructive jaundice for 15 days on investigation found to have a periampullary tumor with replaced Rt hepatic artery from SMA
SX: Lap Whipple's pancreatic duodenectomy

patient was discharged on POD 6
Bx: T2N1 (2/11) Periampullary adenocarcinoma
