24 yr male with pain and jaundice
found to have ? CBD Stone. ERC and cleared & stented
post procedure pancreatitis ...kept conservatively ...improved..but unfortunately developed gangrenous cholecystis with perforation.

SURGERY: OPEN chelecystectomy

post op biliary fistula sattleing down conservatively...
