young male with acute necrotizing pancreatitis before 2 months
with recurrent fever and abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, sepsis

CECT: S/o infected pancreatic multiloculated necrosis.


SURGERY: Transgastric pancreatic necrosectomy

patient discharged uneventfully after 7 days..
